Karen was director of corporate relations at Manhattan Theatre Club and before that worked in marketing and events at the Times Square Alliance (formerly Times Square Business Improvement District). Most of her career has been spent in New York's arts and business worlds—as an account executive with Broadway ad agency Serino Coyne, as a customer service manager at Telecharge, and as a director of marketing for Circle Repertory Company.
